PureBeat ("we," "us," or "our") operates purebeat.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our service. Please read it carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

  • Account information: Email address and hashed password when you register. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from Google OAuth.
  • Payment information: We do not store raw payment data. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed through OxaPay. We store transaction IDs and amounts for billing records only.
  • Usage data: Download history, session identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps of service usage.
  • Subscription data: Your current plan, billing cycle, and download quota usage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Create and manage your PureBeat account.
  • Process subscription payments and maintain billing records.
  • Provide and improve the download service.
  • Send account-related notifications (e.g., payment confirmations, low balance alerts).
  • Monitor for abuse, fraud, and Terms of Service violations.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes and do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • OxaPay: Cryptocurrency payment processing. Transactions are subject to OxaPay's Privacy Policy.
  • Google OAuth: Optional sign-in method. If used, Google's Privacy Policy applies to data shared during authentication.
  • Cloudflare R2: Encrypted cloud storage for temporarily holding your downloaded files. Files are deleted after delivery.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. Download history is retained for up to 90 days. Downloaded audio files stored temporarily on our servers are deleted within 24 hours of being made available to you.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

6. Cookies & Session Storage

PureBeat uses HTTP-only cookies exclusively for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a secure, HTTP-only refresh token cookie used to maintain your login session.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), bcrypt password hashing, HTTP-only authentication cookies, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data.
