Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or downloading any content from PureBeat ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use PureBeat.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and PureBeat. By continuing to use the Platform after any updates to these Terms, you accept the revised version.

PureBeat is open to anyone who wishes to access and download music for personal or professional use. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PureBeat complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

PureBeat offers lossless-quality music tracks for DJs through subscription plans billed in US Dollars (USD). Main plans include unlimited downloads subject to fair-use limits:

* Unlimited downloads are subject to fair-use rate limits designed solely to protect platform stability and prevent automated abuse. These limits are set well above typical usage and the vast majority of users will never encounter them.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. PureBeat reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise PureBeat to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee on each renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the Platform until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as described in the Refund Policy below.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, PureBeat may suspend access to your account until the outstanding balance is settled. We will notify you by email and may attempt to retry the charge before suspending service.

All tracks available on PureBeat are provided in lossless audio formats. Downloads are for personal, professional DJ use only and are subject to the licence terms described in Section 6.

• Downloads may only be used by the account holder who purchased the subscription.
• Sharing your account credentials or downloaded files with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Downloaded tracks may not be re-uploaded, redistributed, or sold on any platform.
• Each download counts against your plan’s allocation (where applicable) at the time the file is delivered.

Upon downloading a track, PureBeat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that track for personal or professional purposes — including listening, creative projects, live performances, mixes, and broadcasts.

All intellectual property rights in the tracks, including copyright, remain with the respective rights holders. PureBeat does not transfer ownership of any content to you through a subscription or download.

The PureBeat name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of PureBeat. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use PureBeat to:

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access controls on the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to download tracks in bulk.
• Share, resell, or distribute downloaded tracks to any third party.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

We want you to be satisfied with PureBeat. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
• You must have downloaded fewer than 3 tracks during the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after approval).

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly, and in most cases we can reach a resolution faster through direct contact than through a formal dispute process.

We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and work with you to reach a fair outcome.

PureBeat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and use any downloaded content under the PureBeat licence ceases immediately. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Prohibited Use), 11 (Disclaimers), and 12 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination.

PureBeat provides the Platform and all content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of the music catalogue at any given time.

While we strive to maintain the highest audio quality, we do not warrant that lossless files will be compatible with all playback hardware or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PureBeat and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its content.

In no event shall PureBeat’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to PureBeat in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you by email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of PureBeat after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes not resolved through direct contact with PureBeat shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where PureBeat operates.
