To use PureBeat, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your PureBeat account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@purebeat.io of any unauthorized use.
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for a single user only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be shared or accessed from multiple individuals.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

PureBeat operates on a pre-paid balance system. You add credit to your account and subscribe to a monthly plan which is deducted from your balance. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Plan prices are displayed at purebeat.io/pricing and are subject to change with notice.
• Balances are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Failed renewals due to insufficient balance will result in plan downgrade or suspension.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before your renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PureBeat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Download, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit content obtained through PureBeat.
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse download limits or access the Service at scale.
• Download content you do not legally own through your music service.
• Share your downloaded files publicly or upload them to file-sharing services.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All music content downloaded through PureBeat remains the property of the respective rights holders and is subject to the originating music service licensing terms. PureBeat does not claim ownership of any music content accessed through the platform.

The PureBeat platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of PureBeat and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PureBeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PureBeat in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused balance except as provided in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
