Funds added to your PureBeat balance via cryptocurrency are generally non-refundable once deposited, due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of demonstrable technical error (e.g., a top-up that was credited incorrectly due to a platform bug).
If you believe a top-up was processed incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with your transaction ID and amount.

Approved refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source where technically possible. Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency, refunds are issued at the USD equivalent at the time of the original transaction, not at current exchange rates.
PureBeat reserves the right to issue refunds as account credit rather than reversing the original payment method, where a reversal is not technically feasible.
If you believe a charge was made in error or you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us at support@purebeat.io before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
