Refund Policy

Overview

PureBeat is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a limited refund window under the conditions described below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the subscription charge. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Subscription Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the subscription charge.
  • You have downloaded fewer than 5 tracks during the current billing period.
  • This is your first refund request on this account.
  • Your account is in good standing and not suspended for policy violations.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day refund window has passed.
  • Accounts that have downloaded 5 or more tracks in the billing period.
  • Balance top-ups (account credit) once added to your account.
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
  • Duplicate refund requests on the same account.
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than one billing cycle.

3. Balance Top-Up Refunds

Funds added to your PureBeat balance via cryptocurrency are generally non-refundable once deposited, due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of demonstrable technical error (e.g., a top-up that was credited incorrectly due to a platform bug).

If you believe a top-up was processed incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with your transaction ID and amount.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  • Email us at support@purebeat.io from the email address associated with your PureBeat account.
  • Use the subject line: "Refund Request – [your email]"
  • Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a brief reason for the request.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source where technically possible. Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency, refunds are issued at the USD equivalent at the time of the original transaction, not at current exchange rates.

PureBeat reserves the right to issue refunds as account credit rather than reversing the original payment method, where a reversal is not technically feasible.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us at support@purebeat.io before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
